The following is an extract from the Minutes of the last Ward Panel Meeting with the Met Police. Peabody must be SO proud of themselves housing such pillars of the community:

Drugs Warrant Coleshill Flats. A warrant has been executed after a raid on a

flat. A quantity of drugs and a large amount of cash seized. The latter might

become forfeit under ‘proceeds of crime act.’ Both suspects are on bail

awaiting trial.

Hello Tenant, we're catching you up! There was a drugs raid here at Lumley this morning. This was on a flat occupied by a couple of men that our PCSO knew because they were dealing drugs on the roof at Wellington. I just love the way Peabody just move them around!

We have another dealer living here who used to live here some years ago who, after he was raided by the police, made an exchange with one of his customers who lived on another estate. A few years later when he became such a problem there that the tenants were complaining, Peabody just moved him back here! It shows how little Peabody cares if they think it's perfectly OK to move them somewhere else so someone else can suffer.

oh that's CLASSIC Peabody! They always 'move' problems tenants with LONG standing ASB behaviour to new addresses where they then start the whole process again of making a new set of residents' lives a misery.

Peabody ALWAYS withholds information from tenants if they have moved a tenant in with a previous history of ASB & they then begin a whole new 'episode' of pretending that this is a new thing and all complaints are new and it's never happened before.

Peabody have also confirmed at a meeting in front of a large group of residents that they actively conceal issues with ASB addresses from incoming residents, who only discover they have moved in next to a problem tenant AFTER signing the lease & it's too late. Again, when this happens, Peabody then proceed with the whole false charade of pretending the impact on the new tenant is a new thing & always conceal that this is part of a longstanding history of events known to them in detail.

So the bottom line with a Peabody tenancy is:

1. You will NOT be told if the tenancy you are taking has an ASB history of issues with a neighbour.

2. You can have a neighbour moved in next to you with a long history of ASB behaviour which will be deliberately withheld from you.
